The websites for Canada's Citizenship and Immigration department have crashed, Twitter users have found. People who tried to access the site couldn't load the page, when they tried around 22:30 EST (03:30 GMT). Prior to election night, many celebrities and people online had claimed that if Trump were to win, they would head north of the border.
